JAIRUS MCNEALY
Jairus McNealy is a solution-oriented critical thinker with a customer centric focus. He has 20+ years of sales and training experience in the medical device, hospital, pharmaceutical and health insurance industries. Throughout his career, he has worked across various healthcare specialties including primary care, orthopedics, podiatry, OB/GYN and dermatology. He has sold into hospitals, outpatient surgery centers and group practices. Jairus is passionate about helping independent practices increase revenue and profitability to better focus on quality patient care.
Jairus has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tuskegee University and a Master of Science in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Kettering University. He also holds an active health insurance license. In his spare time, he enjoys reading for personal growth, traveling, and helping coach his daughters in tennis.

TALICIA MCNEALY
Talicia McNealy is a dynamic and creative business leader, speaker and coach. Talicia has amassed broad program management expertise in the healthcare and education arenas.
As Co-Founder of Victory Medical Alliance, LLC, her focus is partnering with health care providers to strengthen their practice’s financial health with comprehensive billing services and practice management solutions. As a genuine connector of people, Talicia is adept in developing and nurturing customer relationships and community partnerships. She has extensive talent in sales, marketing, and business development through her family business.
Talicia is a proud alumnus of Howard University where she graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. She received her MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Maryland, College Park.
Talicia is a lifelong learner and in her spare time, enjoys reading, traveling, and tennis. Talicia is married and has three children who are all aspiring tennis pros.
